dandoo Videography was born from a shared passion for storytelling and a love for capturing life’s beautiful moments. Over the years, we found ourselves drawn to filming our family gatherings and adventures, from birthdays and holidays to spontaneous day trips, using everything from Go Pros and drones to DSLRs. What started as a casual hobby quickly evolved as we honed our skills and realised the joy in transforming these moments into something creative and memorable.
As our expertise grew, so did our vision. We wanted to help others preserve their own treasured memories, whether through the intimacy of a wedding, the excitement of an engagement party, or the quiet charm of everyday moments. Today, our goal is to bring the same passion and attention to detail that we’ve poured into our family films to each project we undertake—capturing and celebrating life’s most meaningful moments for our clients to enjoy and relive for years to come.
"Less is More" is a motto I often find myself repeating—usually to my kids during their arts and crafts sessions! But it’s also a principle I hold dear when it comes to design and creativity.
With over 18 years of experience, I’ve built a diverse portfolio that showcases not just my range of skills but also my passion for storytelling through design. Each project I’ve chosen to highlight represents a unique journey—addressing a specific need, detailing how it was approached, and celebrating the results. Every challenge has been an opportunity for growth, and every outcome has been deeply rewarding.
Beyond my professional life, I have a love for filming and video editing, which is what inspired the creation of Dandoo Videography. I’m also an avid Sunday footballer, enjoy swimming, staying active at the gym, and tackling obstacle course mud runs.
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about capturing life’s most meaningful moments on camera. Whether it was filming family gatherings or preserving candid memories, I’ve always believed that moments frozen in time are truly priceless.
My journey began with an old Panasonic VHS-C camcorder, sparking a love for videography that has only grown over the years. As technology advanced, so did my equipment and skills. From Go Pros to drones and DSLRs, I’ve honed my ability to transform raw footage into cinematic stories that resonate.
Earlier this year, I had the privilege of filming my first wedding alongside my business partner, Dan Jacobs, under our venture, Dandoo Videography. Capturing the magic and emotion of such a special day was an unforgettable experience that solidified my love for turning cherished moments into beautifully crafted films.
